Анотація
У статті проведено огляд доказових досліджень, присвячених оцінці ефективності і безпеки замісної ферментної терапії у хворих на хронічний панкреатит із зовнішньосекреторною недостатністю підшлункової залози. Особливу увагу приділено впливу замісної терапії на якість і тривалість життя хворих. Доведено, що правильне призначення ферментних препаратів (мінімікросферичного препарату з ентеросолюбільною оболонкою, достатні дози) сприяє підвищенню якості та збільшенню тривалості життя пацієнтів.
