Abstract
Зараз відзначається, що, незважаючи на високу інфікованість Helicobacter pylori (НР) у багатьох країнах, не у всіх виникають асоційовані з цією інфекцією захворювання, такі як гастрити, виразка шлунка і дванадцятипалої кишки, рак шлунка. Повна ерадикація НР в регіоні, де інфікованість становить понад 80%, практично неможлива, занадто висока ймовірність рецидиву зараження. Тому одним із способів запобігання розвитку захворювань шлунка, особливо раку шлунка, ми бачимо у визначенні вірулентності НР, що мешкає в шлунку пацієнтів. Метою досліджень є визначення вірулентності НР у хворих із гастроентерологічними захворюваннями в Узбекистані.
