Abstract
The article analyzes the sensitivity of different instrumental methods in the diagnosis of biliary hypertension by chronic pancreatitis. The most informative methods are ERCP, MRHPH and intraoperative measurement of biliary pressure. For the first time it was summarized the diagnostic criteria of each method according to biliary hypertension and developed the diagnostic algorithm for detecting biliary hypertension by chronic pancreatitis. Complex application of laboratory and instrumental methods of investigation allows to reveal hidden biliary hypertension by chronic pancreatitis and choose an adequate method of surgery.
