Анотація
У статті наведено огляд європейських рекомендацій із діагностики та лікування хронічного панкреатиту, купіру вання болю при хронічному панкреатиті. Проаналізовано результати доказових досліджень, що стосуються факторів ризику розвитку функціональної недостатності підшлункової залози у хворих на хронічний панкреатит, оцінки інформативності різних методів візуалізації, лікування панкреатичної недостатності, маркерів фіброзу підшлункової залози. зроблено висновок про необхідність подальшого проведення доказових досліджень.
