Currently, the Club has more than 300 members: physiologists, biochemists, general practitioners, family doctors, gastroenterologists, surgeons, endoscopists, oncologists, endocrinologists, pathologists — those who are interested in the pancreas upon normal and various pathological conditions. The Club includes doctors not only from Ukraine, but also from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. At present, the Ukrainian Pancreatic Club is the most numerous among the Pancreatic Clubs of the European countries. We have been given the great honor to hold the European Pancreatic Club Meeting in 2022 in Kyiv.
The main aim of the Club is to provide doctors with the most up-to-date evidence-based information in the field of pancreatology. One of the tools to achieve this goal is the journal Herald of Pancreatic Club which publishes articles by authors from different countries, reflecting the achievements of panreatology in both clinical and theoretical fields.
Herald of Pancreatic Club is included in the List of peer-reviewed Ukrainian scientific journals which publish the main scientific results of dissertations for the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Science.
We hope that the journal will be useful both for practitioners and researchers.
